I absolutely love the aspects and results from using marketing automation in digital marketing communications. On one of my largest projects I drove the strategy, integration and implementation of marketing automation software (Eloqua) into a CRM system (SalesForce) for demand gen email campaigns, landing page conversion optimization, progressive profiling, lead qualification and nurturing processes to deliver a 32% YOY increase in revenue from marketing-driven leads to Sales.
